How it works: Each month your monthly membership will transfer automatically into your “Ikaria Bank”

• Each dollar is yours to use as you wish. Save it for a service you’ve been eyeing or spend it right away

• Ikaria Bank funds never expire and can be combined with Evolus and Aspire rewards

• Memberships require a 3 month commitment and a 30 day notice if you want to cancel

• An enrollment fee of $25 is required once. Due to this fee, you may choose one FREE lip flip or mini B12 infusion when signing up. If you cancel for any reason and choose to re-enroll in the future, you will be required to pay the $25 enrollment fee again.

• If a membership is canceled, Ikaria members have 30 days from the date of cancellation to redeem their balance towards a service or product offered at Ikaria Infusions & Aesthetics. There are no cash/credit refunds given in lieu of products or services provided by Ikaria.

• Membership pricing does not apply to specials, coupons, sales, promotions, or model pricing. You cannot combine membership savings with already discounted services. Evolus and Aspire rewards can be used at any time they are available.

• There is no fee for canceling, just simply send us an email letting us know.
